VA Legislature Changes Test for Variances Relaxing Standards

Effective July 1, 2015, Chapter 597 of the VA Laws of 2015 relaxes the standards for obtaining a variance in the Commonwealth.  The former “undue” and “demonstrable hardship” test has been eliminated.
