Webcast— Rules of the Game: A Framework for Fair and Effective Zoning Hearings

On March 17, 2016 the Planning and Law Division of the American Planning Association will host a webcast, “Rules of the Game: A Framework for Fair and Effective Zoning Hearings” from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. ET. Registration is $20 for PLD members and $45 for nonmembers. This webinar will cover the legal requirements for public hearings, including constitutional due process considerations, and provide tips on how to more effectively manage these hearings. Speakers include David S. Silverman and Daniel J. Bolin of Ancel Glink in Chicago, Illinois.
